No. Ridge Trail provides visual field documentation and factual observations from areas we are authorized to access. We do not replace licensed home inspections, surveys, appraisals, engineering, environmental testing, title opinions, or code-compliance evaluations.
Only when lawful access and appropriate authorization have been confirmed. A property visit never includes trespassing, forced entry, or access beyond what has been authorized.
Yes. Tell us the question before the visit—driveway condition, standing water, visible power lines, neighboring uses, exterior damage, terrain, road access, or another observable condition—and we can scope the visit around it when practical.
Yes, but large acreage can require additional time and travel within the property. Those visits are quoted based on acreage, accessibility, terrain, and the depth of documentation requested.
Drone documentation is planned as a future add-on once the required operational setup is in place. It is not included in the launch packages shown on this site.
